Partnership Development Manager (part-time)

9-month maternity cover


We currently have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as our Partnership Development Manager based at our office in Oxford or with the possibility of homebased working if you are not local. You will join us on a part-time time (21 or 28 hours according to preference), 9 month maternity cover contract.

You will help us to ensure the future sustainability and relevance of Refugee Resource by building and strengthening partnerships with trusts/ foundations, suppliers and partner organisations, corporates, major donors and the general public in order to generate income, raise our profile and form working alliances to help extend our services to clients.  The post-holder will work with the CEO to manage our portfolio of funders, bring in new grants and will ensure our all communications and PR activity are on brand and in line with Refugee Resource’s vision and ethos.
