Our work wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our volunteers, and we’re always looking for kind, compassionate people to join our team. Volunteering with us is a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives while gaining valuable experience and being part of a supportive community.
If you’d like to be part of a team that values kindness, community, and care, we’d love to hear from you. Please email info@refugeeresource.org for more details and an application form.

Front of House Officers - Our Front of House is the first place our communities come to see us and get a first impression of safety and welcoming. We require people who would like to meet our clients, be that welcoming face and help with enquiries of practical issues, check in or offering a cup of tea. No previous experience needed just a warm demeanour and listening ear.
Social Inclusion Officers - Support our social activities and groups, including running the women’s group, arranging events, managing the mentoring programme, and accompanying clients on day trips as part of our Healing in the Outdoors programme. (No previous experience needed - just warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm!)
Assessors - Carry out assessments with our counselling clients to help move them into long-term mental health support. Applicants must be qualified psychotherapists and registered with the BACP.
