New Opening Times.

Dear Clients, Partners, Supporters & Stakeholders,

Like many charities, we continue to look for innovative ways of working that allow us to deliver our core services effectively, while keeping the needs of our clients at the centre of all we do.

Since reopening after Covid, we have welcomed clients back through our open-door drop-in service. While this has been invaluable, we recognise that at times other partners are better placed to provide immediate support. To ensure the most efficient use of our resources and to sustain access to our specialist counselling services, we will be making a small adjustment to our drop-in arrangements.

From 1 October 2025, our office will be open for drop-in enquiries between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, apart from Wednesdays, which will be by pre-booked Counselling appointment only.

These changes will not compromise the quality of our service. Instead, they will enable us to focus resources where they are most needed, ensuring we can support more clients to access the unique counselling services that sit at the heart of Refugee Resource’s mission.
